If you’re searching for quality and natural wooden bowls for your own collection or as a gift for loved ones, get the 12” Red Oak Wooden Salad Bowl.
Each one of our handmade wooden bowls for sale is made with a single piece of sustainably sourced hardwood from responsibly harvested North American forests. Expertly hand-crafted and hand-sanded by American artisans, our wood bowls are never treated with chemicals, stains, glazes or other wood enhancers. Before sending out your new wooden salad bowl to you, we hand-rub our own food-safe and scent-free beeswax and oil based formula (Wood Bowl and Board Preserver & Rub) to protect the wood and prevent it from wearing down or drying out.
We always use the strongest woods available, and Red Oak specifically has a Janka of 1,290 so that you have a durable, long-lasting heirloom that stays with you for years to come.
This handmade wooden bowl is 12 inches in diameter and about 3 inches in depth, serving 3-4 people.
The bowl comes with a complimentary flour sack kitchen towel. A beautiful treasure to give as a gift for couples, birthdays, and more!

Care Instructions:
To clean your wood bowl, be sure to wash with warm water and a mild soap and hand-dry with a clean cloth right after use. Never leave your bowl in water as it will weaken the wood and damage it over time.
To maintain your wooden bowls, utensils, and boards, use the food-safe and scent-free Wood Bowl and Board Preserver & Rub to protect the wood and keep your wooden bowls looking new and clean with every use. If your bowls start to feel dry, use a small amount of rub on them to prevent cracking.
