Solid, hardwood salad chopping bowl paired with an extra sharp mezzaluna chopper. Each bowl is handmade from a single piece of American Beech, selected for its hardness on the Janka Wood Hardness Scale, so that it will hold up well to the repeated pressure from the mezzaluna.

Wood Bowl Size Guide:

9" works best for herb chopping, 12" serves 3-4 and 15" serves 6-8.
